Lake District

With awe-inspiring fells, serene lakes and rolling farmland, the Lake District is a piece of Eden right here in the UK, offering countless opportunities for landscape photography. During my visit to photograph the Lake District, I was able to explore an array of different settings on offer, from the top of mountains, to the foot of waterfalls, experiencing the sights of well travelled roads to hidden gems.

The Lake District provides such a varied palette of photographic opportunities I decided to capture as much variation as I could, therefore I stuck to relatively short hikes so I did not spend too long in a single place, and I could follow the good weather as it moved around the lakes.
