Antarctica

In the winter of 2022/2023, I had the rare opportunity to travel to Antarctica and broaden my landscape photography portfolio.

While Antarctica offers some of the most amazing dramatic landscapes I’ve ever experienced and photographed, I was also able to take advantage of the abundance of wildlife in the region. Adding wildlife photography to Tide and Land is a new venture and one that I may continue to explore – if only all wildlife was as accommodating for poses as a resting elephant seal!

I hope you’ll enjoy exploring my Antarctica landscape photography, it is a truly stunning part of the world. These images have been captured from both land and sea, on foot and by boat. I have offered up a real variety of photography, ranging from wide landscapes to abstract details and interesting perspectives.
